TERRIFIC experience working with Julianne. I came into this project not knowing what to expect, all I knew was that I had an incredibly overwhelming task at hand of redoing my entire website from scratch and so I reached out to her for help sorting out a new information architecture plan: what pages I needed, which I didn't and the like. I presented her with a mind boggling amount of information such as: UXR, personas, project constraints and the like. She rose to the occasion and went above and beyond, laying out an excellent plan as well as delivering wireframes. Her work was imperative in helping me reach my goals in a timely manner.
